Cegelec designed
a methodology specific to pre-commissioning, commissioning and
start-up operations. A team of 200 Cegelec experts can be called
on at any time and immediately sent to a site.
Cegelec uses its own tool CISCOM, but also others such as ICAPS,
to plan and follow-up the commissioning and start-up of activities
